I am guided by the belief that each person holds an inner system of “parts” — protective, wounded, and wise. IFS supports you to gently explore and heal these parts with curiosity and compassion, helping restore balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to your authentic Self.

As a full member of EMDRAA, I use EMDR to support the brain’s natural capacity to process and heal from distressing experiences. EMDR is especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and negative self-beliefs, allowing unprocessed memories to be integrated and resolved.

Mike is a registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society who brings warmth, empathy, and experience to every session. His trauma-informed, integrative approach blends practices from models such as EMDR, IFS, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to meet your individual needs. With nearly two decades of practice, he has worked across mental health, community, and specialist services — always guided by the belief that everyone’s story holds the potential for transformation.
