Drawing on almost two decades of experience, he offers a trauma-informed and integrative approach that can be tailored to your unique needs. Trained in evidence-based models including EMDR, IFS, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, Mike has supported people across mental health, community, and specialist services. His work is guided by a simple belief: that with the right support, every person has the capacity for growth and transformation.
Is This Type of Therapy Right for You?
You may benefit from support if you’re experiencing worry that feels difficult to control, persistent low mood, loss of motivation, emotional overwhelm, irritability, sleep changes, or a general sense of being “on edge.” Therapy provides a space to understand these experiences, develop new coping strategies, and work toward greater balance and wellbeing.
What to Expect in Your Sessions
In your sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where your experiences are met with understanding and curiosity. You’ll work collaboratively with your psychologist, receive clear explanations of therapeutic approaches, and learn practical tools you can apply between sessions. Each session is paced to support your comfort, emotional safety, and ongoing progress.
